1) How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at https://TrifectaWorld.com. Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Finally, fill in your complete information and make your payment. That's it!
1) Should I include a phone number on my order?
Yes please do, in case there is any problem with shipping, we want to get in touch with you right away. Be assured we will never call you otherwise, or share this information with any other party.
2) How do you ship & what is the price?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. In general, most of our products ship FREE from the USA in 5-8 business days (Please allow 2-3 business days for processing). Some items are Free & Shipping. Please read what is included in each product.
3) What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the mainland of the United States. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases; so please do put down a deliverable address.
4) How long should I wait if my order doesn't arrive as expected? Give it 2-4 days after the "Expected Date"; with COVID-19 things are slower - please be patient with our wholesalers. We want to get you the best items at the most reasonable cost, therefore, this may take a bit longer due to our global situation presently. If your product comes from outside of the USA, it will most likely take longer. Shipping timme will be described in each product detail.
5) How do you ship?
We ship orders from our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order
6) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All of our items are shipped fast right here in the USA; and most of the products offer free shipping - please note the shipping terms on each product. Those items fulfilled from the USA you can expect to receive them on average in 5-8 business days. To offer unqiue products at an incredible price, some of our products ship in from out of the USA - these items will take longer and are specified in the details section of the product. These products though are worth waiting for!
7) How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. 8) Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We mostly ship orders from various warehouses located in the United States. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way. This also applies if your products are located outside of the USA - they will often ship in different packages.

1) My product has a problem. What can I do?
What to do in 3 steps:
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases, if the product seems to have a problem, it can be solved by restarting it. Be sure you did any installing properly, Re-read the directions to try to fix an accessory item.
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

4) For Clothing, what if I do not like the product or it does not fit right? Please do see the detailed measurement charts by each product before you order.
